September San Diego Real Estate Update: Falling Rates, Local Events & Wildfire Protection

As the summer heat continues here in San Diego, there’s finally some good news for the housing market: mortgage rates are starting to come down. After months of climbing, rates have already dipped by about half a percent, and industry experts predict they’ll continue trending lower in the months ahead.

For San Diego real estate buyers, this means more purchasing power and better opportunities to make a move. For sellers, lower rates can help bring more qualified buyers into the market, making it an encouraging shift for both sides.
